Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Bites

Updated: Jun 18, 2022

Where are my chocolate and peanut butter lovers??

Try this protein-rich, low sugar, quick, and easy snack bite.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats

  • 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder (we use this)

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (we use Enjoy Life)

  • 1 cup natural or organic nut butter

  • 1/4 cup organic or pure honey

  • 1 Tbsp organic hemp seeds **

  • 1 full dropper Cinnamon broad spectrum CBD oil **

Directions:

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and use a sturdy spoon with some muscle to mix it all together.

Use a tablespoon to form the dough into small balls.

Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer.

This makes about 20-25 depending on the size.

Enjoy!!

This is gluten-free (watch the oats if you have a gluten allergy) and dairy-free (if you use a non-dairy protein powder).

Peanut butter could be used instead of a nut butter.

Different protein powder flavors could be used with different nut butter to change up the taste.

I prefer to use Thrive Market or all my pantry and fridge items. Check out the store and get 25% off your first order. Thrive Market.

** These two items just add to the nutrients and can be taken out without changing the consistency of the end result. The Hemp Seeds have fiber, protein, and Omega 3 and 6. The cbd oil can be used because this is not heated. The cbd we use is third part independent tested and is all plant.
