Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Bites

Where are my chocolate and peanut butter lovers??

Try this protein-rich, low sugar, quick, and easy snack bite.

  • 1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats

  • 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder (we use organic plant-based)

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (we use Enjoy Life)

  • 1 cup natural or organic peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup organic or pure honey

Put all ingredients in a bowl and use a sturdy spoon with some muscle to mix it all together

Use a tablespoon to form the dough into small balls

Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer

This makes about 20-25 depending on the size

This is gluten-free (watch the oats if you have a gluten allergy) and dairy-free (if you use a non-dairy protein powder).

Almond butter could be swapped out for peanut butter.

Different protein powder flavors could be used with different nut butter to change up the taste.
